Giving back as fundamental to who we are and living our values with new ambitious targets to build more affordable and sustainable future. Reducing the amount of water we use through our focused strategy and recharging natural water through rain water harvesting.
Environmental
To reduce carbon footprint, we use renewable energy PNG gas and Methane gas generated during ETP process in running the Boiler efficiently. Also, we have deployed 100KW solar power generation unit and use battery operated forklifts for material movement.
All packaging material waste is sold to authorised recylers. High protein Sent grain is sold to farmers for cattle feed to increase the milk yield and improve milk quality by increasing fat and protein content. Our Spent grain also helps in improving health, promotes calving and boosts immunity. During machine maintenance, waste oil is collected and sold to authorised recyclers.
Social
We communicate the need for responsible use of alcohol in all our communications to consumers so that they can make the right choices. We source our material from suppliers who follow sustainable practices themselves.
We believe in constant skill development for our employees so that we as a team perform better with every passing day. Giving back to the society is integral to our culture. We have built schools for shaping the future of the young India.
Governance
Compliance to internal code of conduct and external rules and regulations is at the heart of our business. We follow strict norms laid out by our internal processes to ensure that we do the business right way every single day.
We ensure that we provide fair treatment to all stakeholders- internal and external. We comply to different acts as laid out by the Government of India like the Factories Act, PCC, CGWA, GST, Income Tax, etc. To protect our people and assets, we have placed huge emphasis on fire safety norms and compliance as per NBC and NFPA guidelines.We lay huge emphasis on ethics and governance to build trust amongst communities. We follow fair compensation policy for all our employees. We have put in place systems to take care of data security for all stakeholders.
DWGS (Distillers Wet Grains Soluble)
As we are converting only Starch from grains to alcohol other than this grains contains high nutritional ingredients like Proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fibers etc which we are recovering as DWGS .
We produce 50 MT/day of DWGS which is high nutritional healthy cattle feed(Animal food).
